The F8 key method not on Windows 10 works, Windows 8 and 8.1. Therefore always on safe mode requires the following steps:-
If your PC working properly:
1) On the Windows screen/start menu, enter extended .
2) Click on advanced startup options.
3) Section advanced startup at the bottom of the screen General settings, click Restart now.
4) Your computer will restart and enter startup options, on the Advanced menu. You can easily reach this menu, on Windows startup screen, reboot holding down the SHIFT key.
5) Click on troubleshooting and advanced options .
