With your stress builds in an irritating moment, emotions can get the best of you easily. And that can be harmful if you are in a professional environment. Try the next time you’re at, with stress, this explode instead.

- This is the most important step. Instead of always wrapped upward in the emotion or an impulse decision, just stop. Choose a take. Breathe
